Neonworx Communications provides site audit services to telecommunications vendors and operators in Indonesia. The site audit services will assure that the processes and tools for client's projects are of the best quality as a standard. It will support the Quality Planning and Assurance Control Departments. It also sets the client's requirements for the subcontractor's quality plan, defines the measurements used to measure subcontractor's quality performance and sets out the possible corrective actions in the case that the subcontractor's quality performance does not meet the requirements set.
